I to am libertarian/an-cap because I have compassion for the poor. We need more libertarians to highlight the compassion for victims of the government, that led so many of us to the ideas of liberty and freedom. So many perceive us as selfish, when reality is quite the opposite.

I forget the authors name and I haven't actually read it, but theirs a book called something like "compassion and libertarianism" or something like that. You should check it out. It's on my reading list. I'll follow you :)
