A much better oath be be, "I attest that I reject the religions of Govenrment and Statism."

And, FYI - The main US party has both a Dem and Repub version "Loyalty Oath" replete with Shall and Shall Nots. Other parties also have some sort of oath of alleigiance, but what does that matter when Team Red and Team Blue have hijacked all levels of Gov't through Gerrymandering, ballot access, control of the MSM, etc.?
