There is nothing more profoundly self-sabotaging than to say you have no choice.
Doing so only perpetuates the notion that you are a victim of circumstance and lack the power or will to change a situation when you very much do have the power to be the architect of your own destiny.

There is always a choice.

Even not making a choice is a choice and the first choice in realizing the greatest version of yourself is realizing that as long as you exist, you always have the freedom to choose.
