For me, this experience of an open, uncensored platform has become a complete farce. I no longer want to be a part of this false reality.
Please ban me from Steemit forthwith. Best regards," Kill The Beast" Just do it, you know it makes sense.
Thank you so much, please , just remove my footprint from this bogus platform. Thank you to all whom have supported my content thus far. It's time for me to move on. The truth will set humanity free, unfortunately you will not find the truth here.

Nothing gets deleted from the blockchain, that's why it's open and uncensored. But let me guess, you were more interested in the money.

Money does not mean a thing to me, but people do. Ask @firepower

Same here, money doesn't mean a thing, but I also want to delete my account, give it to somebody else for free or sell it. I just wrote a post about it. People do matter to me, too, but something is very wrong with this platform in my opinion.

If the truth is not to be found here, it may be because you have yet to share it with us in a form in which we can grasp it. Please do continue to try. Steem on, eventually maybe the rest of us will catch on. I have only just followed you.
I fear I have missed your posts by spending too much time on my followed feed. I have been trying to search for new material in the NEW feed, but have only just discovered your blog. If I could, I would encourage you to continue.
It is apparent you don't do this for the money.
Addressing the subject of greed over rewards, whenever I find someone accusing others of caring only about the money, I immediately look in their wallet. More often than not, I find the accuser is someone who obviously has no problems affording food or paying their rent. I also find, almost invariably, that their blog contains nothing of value, but with consistent payouts well above $0.00. This is an unfortunate hypocrisy spawned by not being acquainted with deprivation.
I try to power up everything I make here, but I must modulate the amount of time I spend here to meet the demands of my bills. I know there are others here like me. I do not wish to cast unwarranted aspersions, but you do not strike me as being greedy.

What's wrong with writing on this platform JUST for money? Every journalist is writing for money. I don't understand .....

Nothing, as long as there is some value, or at least an attempt to fool the less intelligent into believing that value is provided.
Journalists do it for money, but they are supposed to be held to a standard of accuracy and refraining from defamation, even though they rarely are.
The anonymous on Steemit can say anything they want with repercussions being limited to the flag.
Ultimately, there is nothing 'wrong' about making money, unless individual rights are violated.

We seem to be on the same page, @lifeworship! So in other words you are saying that if somebody uses hatespeech, all that happens here on Steemit is that they get flagged. They don't get banned?
Unfortunately, individual rights are violated on Steemit frequently. The amount of trolls here is unbelievable. But I just subscribed to @sherlockholmes who seems to have it made his business to crack down on abuse.

I don't think anyone can actually be banned. I'm not sure it's possible.
I think that all speech is free and should be so. Those who use their speech to abuse others should be free to make an example of themselves to others of what not to be.
There are a few troll hunters around. I try to get in some shots at the trolls, but there are some troll hunters who are much more patient and thorough. I mostly try to draw the attention of the trolls away from those that are being attacked. Trolls are easy to engage, they get emotional too easily.

Blockchain technology is fine with me. Everything CAN be set in stone and stay forever. But if I want to cancel, give a way or sell my account and I can't, then there is something wrong big style here in my opinion.
