Depression is one of the most common mental disorders in the world. Its symptoms include sadness, lethargy and loss of general interest in life. Anxiety is also a very common disorder. Studies have found that people who consume omega 3 regularly are less likely to be depressed. Or anxiety in taking omega-3 supplements, the symptoms of depression and anxiety are lower, there are three types of omega-3 fatty acids and the three species have an effective role in fighting depression
