For sure. It's been a tough few months, especially if you are in contact which many smaller accounts, but I can see light ahead and am feeling confident that these competing structures will be a good thing for all of us.

You just need a long memory. I first bought in at 50c, and watched the price drop to 7c.
HODL. Not just a catchphrase.

I was actually chatting to the man at the top of the post last night about those times - sounded brutal - well done for not exiting down there!

My account predates those times, but my increased activity didn't start until early 2017, where (hopefully) the worst was and is over.

50c doesn't sound so bad now eh :D

That was a good chat. I have seen the absolute low of the steem blockchain. I call it the dark ages of Steem. Almost no one believed in it anymore back then.

It's funny to think that those times happened only a little more than a year ago.

How fast things can change!

I'm glad to read you have a more positive outlook for Steem. As you know in general I'm very positive about where we are going.

Yeah thanks for that, I did need a boost from the past few months. It's not even that I can complain at all about what my content brings, was just getting a bit caught up in some of the negative aspects.

But yeah, it's nothing to compared to what it must have been back then, only just over a year ago.

As per your blog, the stuff already on the table and likely soon to arrive is very positive. Hold and collect what you can is it? :D
