He had the cards made at a local shop, you can too, I am betting it will be cheaper for you to have them made locally then trying to ship them But maybe you can, https://vistaprint.com is really good price wise, super duper cheap deals but they may not ship to you, just have them made locally, it shouldn't be difficult.
There is nothing special about them, just take the steem business card tenplate you can find on google images and just have it printed up! @truestory157 had a bunch made for me and they really come in hand`y when you have a small box of them like he gave me.
