Sometimes you can think that you have to sacrifice what we are happy or encouraged because it does not guarantee what is "really important" in a difficult situation. Thus, in times of crisis, we try to guarantee our physical survival at times by sacrificing our spiritual survival, or whatever may sound more common: our peace of mind, our tranquility, our right to be content.
It is difficult to live being already dead inside.
This need to keep us happy can manifest itself in many ways: from listening to music at full volume to buying a candy, from singing to all pullmon to just walking and seeing other things.
There is importance in maintaining the freshness of these experiences. Saturating ourselves by boredom ends up killing her and leaving us with nothing, although it also represents an opportunity to know other things.
I think that sometimes you have to exchange that material need for that spiritual need. We both need to live; to survive in difficult times.
Let's not let our spirit die. After all, it is what keeps us alive.
