I loved reading this!! The biggest area of learned helplessness for me is believing that my financial situation is based solely upon my husband's job. Whereas I know it's not true but it's hard to change a mindset you've had for over 15 years. Of course, once I change my mind set, I have got to get busy helping the hubby change his as well. :)
