A thief lurks in the minds of each of us

in life •  7 years ago

We refused to ever make any step in your career, just because you thought everything that could go wrong?

"What would happen if I failed? What happens if people never come to me to evaluate? What if I die before I become known in my career?”

Have you ever decided not to do what you feel like you give freedom, because the fear of being rejected you've entered the mind? Have you ever tried not to love in full, someone, just because you felt you weren't good enough for him/her and fear kept you away, to start a relationship? If this sounds familiar, you may have a thief in the depths of your mind and his name is FEAR.

"Fear is the darkroom where you develop a negative thing." – Michael Pritchard

Fear is the enemy. One that comes to steal our lives in the middle of the day, while we with eyes wide open and even comes in the middle of the most important decisions in our lives. Fear is most often unnecessary, unreal, without a name and devoid of reason. And I have my moments when fear overtakes me. Moments when all I could see was the monster in the dark. All that I'm very optimistic, when the thief is called "fear" you are visited, your personality just doesn't matter.

However, I don't think fear is that bad. Sometimes prevents us from making the wrong decision. Or, for some people, fear is the reason they have gone further in achieving the goal that they were afraid. Fear of failure-it's an incentive to do a few things and to achieve much more. This means to use fear in a positive goal; take what you get, as the threats and to use it to achieve positive things.

But, fear holds many people. Fear holds us captive and we stop breathing when we are most in need of oxygen. It forces us to see the negative in any situation, and we blindly to see the positive in things. Fear undermines the life out of us.

To this end, here are some tips that will help you to get rid of this enemy. Worked for me and I think you can, you help:

1. Determines your fears

What you don't know you can't resist. Focuses on the interior of your mind. Why are you scared? What pictures do you see in your head? To understand what is happening in the mind. Keep in the things that come from your subconscious.

2. Talking to someone

When negative thoughts are based in the mind, a way to dispel them is to talk to someone. This can be a therapist, trusted friend, lover, husband, children, parents – anyone you feel comfortable talking. No need to keep all the negative energy in the room. Talk about unpleasant things will put an end to thoughts that put the power in mind.

3. Be positive

Negativity is a seed that bears the fruit called fear. To collect the seed remains positive. Instead of thinking about how long it could have been worse, just think how good it can be. Don't focus too much on the negative.

4. Wishes your fears

Never run from your fears. Not to create excuses for them. Wishes and klassificeret them with logic and common sense. So you put an end to their existence. To take action. When you fears, they become weaker, because you start to see that things are not nearly as bad as you can imagine.

Don't let fear stop you from being GREAT!
