Redid monday’s Workout and still failed at rep 7 of the standing shoulder press in all 3 sets 😡

My goal is to make all 7 reps (at least for 1 set) by end of next week.

Can I get a cheer 🙆🏼‍♀️? (Or upvote or resteem 🙂)
