The way I see it it's about the power - the structure of the USD is to give a few people the power to print USDs at will.

    Why in the blockchain system there doesnot exist people generating money in accordance with their power and preference ?

      This was one of the main design features of Bitcoin, that the new money is created according to a strict set of rules
