Aaah! When hiring people, some say yes they can do the job... and when they are hired, they don't really know how to do the job. So they procrastinate and fiddle around.
But if the person has some idea how to do the job, they will proceed straight away without fuzz.
So if a boss sees their staff struggling, they should explain clearly and properly how the task should be done. Then everyone is happy and the job gets done sooner.
