Material :
1 kg of sticky rice sticky soak overnight.
500 ml of hot water.
600 grams of brown sugar (bole added if likes sweet)
500 ml of pure coconut milk
2 tsp salt
5 pieces of pandan leaves
How to make:
Wash the sticky rice and drain. Steam approx 15 min to half ripe .flush with hot water while stirring until smooth. Steam again until cooked.
Cook brown coconut milk and pandanus until boiling and fragrant.
Cook again with low heat until thick. Enter the sticky rice stick .Hold until blended and sugar absorbed abis and dry .pour into a plastic pan that has been plastic. Press until solid. Cool new cut.
