I never saw you on Steemit before @gbud, but if this is your first post it's absolutely incredible.
I can agree with every single point on here and I'm practicing all of them. For me it's especially the thinking part that makes a big difference - how we view things. For example if something happens that we do not want, we can choose to either be negative about it, or we can choose to accept it and see the positive.
Also meditation has helped me out a lot in many ways. :D Do you meditate?
