  1. is definitely key. Jerry Seinfeld's method for success was to write every single day. It didn't matter how good or bad it turned out. You just had to do it. You mark down everyday you wrote something on a calendar and then you get a little chain going on. It feels good to see the chain grow, so you keep adding to it. Soon, it gets to the point where you don't want to ruin your chain so you keep going. Before you know it, you've got a mountain of pages that you've created and your practice will pay off.
