Phoenix Suns Botch another Trade.

So I am from the Valley of The Sun, and we have most major sports. As a native I grew up watching Charles Barkley playing Michael Jordan. Then it was Nash and the Suns verse the Spurs. Then to will we win 10 games this season. O and then trade away possible MVP Isaiah Thomas for nothing. Basically we have stunk lately and management is some what to blame.download.png
The breaking news today, Brandon Knight, who has been benched and is making 10 million a year, just tore his acl. OUT for the season, the suns had been actively trying to trade him. But unwilling to take a loss on this crap signing they had. They chose to just wait it out. Then BOOM, all is lost, can't trade him now. Just TEN MILLION of cap space gone.KnightBench-620x309.jpg

My dear friend, what you just said is just completly accurate. I just dont understand Robert Sarver (owner) how he never made it to the championship. I mean, he had one of the 1st big 3's (nash/stoudemire/marion), and as today he's never been even able to rebuild since then. I heard, that he might even trade Bledsoe, a 1st round pick and Bender for Irving. I dont know for you guys, but i find that it would be too much giving for a 2 year contract left ...

Ya I hear you, it seems like every trade lately goes against us. When teams like Golden state, Oklahoma, and do I dare say the timber-wolves can rebuild throw the draft. Why can't the suns.

They will, it just takes time. The Timberwolves have a longer playoff drought than the suns do. I say the suns make the playoffs at some point in the next 3 years and are contenders within 3-5 years.

One thing is we get older everyday we all are running out of time.....

At least you’ve got Josh Jackson. If they manage to build any sort of team around him that could be something in a year or two...

Ya I hope he is a superstar soon. We could use one.

I'd say we have about three years, if they continue to make the right moves. The Western Conference is so stacked..it's gonna be a while for sure.

Don't forget Devin Booker!

Used to love Steve Nash when he played for the Suns!

Ya he was fun to watch, then the lakers got screwed by him. HAHA

Huge Suns fan here. I just have to say that they better get their shit together or I will be moving on. I will admit, I refused to follow them this past season. I probably would've died of a heart attack.

I think it all went down hill when they decided on not resigning Amare Stoudemire. I know he had health concerns and bad knees, but he could've given us at least three more years and maybe, just maybe, a championship. They decided to let him go, bad signings after bad signings followed.

AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON WHAT THEY DID TO GORAN.

The Brandon Knight thing is wow. Just WOW. I don't even want to talk about it, it's so bad.

I do see a glimmer of hope and little ray of sunshine with the youth movement. I just don't think I will be able to live through the growing pains.

Dark times, Suns fans. Dark times.

Ya I agree, the stoudemire thing was a good deal by there part. He broke down. But the not trading him was aweful. They got nothing for him. O and by the way we blew up a trade for Curry too.

Upvoted & RESTEEMED! :)

Thanks, I like your gun.
