My expirience.

So at the end of the first week I felt much better myself, and at the end of the second - really great! I have lose my extra weight, my minds became more clear and fresh. All food already have enough sugar inside itself. Every fruit and vegetable are containing sugar. And that's all we need. We don't need additional sugar - it hurts our health.
