Tulips! So lovely. In fact the third photo captures them so well. I think it is the shadows and of course splendid art below.

It is very true in many ways that people do expect that love and love alone is all that is needed. A very apt principle for the time of the year! I do hope the flowers were a delightful gift!

It is really hard to find a subject more elegant, classic, and straightforward/clean lines than a tulip...is it not?

I love tulips and the clarity you've captured. The first tulip reminds me of a star.

Re your principle - love without corresponding actions can be hollow. A relationship must be based on honor, dignity, goodness, respect. Real love, agape (love) would encompass these virtues and nurture the relationship.

Not every feeling of love is true love ... rather it is not only feeling, but a human condition…
What beautiful tulips! Stunning photographs!
I especially want to mention the first one. The blossoming flower in the foreground is in harmony with the overall composition! Very, very, very beautiful!
I adore tulips. Delightful bouquets!
By the way, lemons are very creatively used in the composition!
Black and white helps to read and feel the meaning even deeper…
The painting dedicated to Saint Valentine is charming!

These days when everybody preparing himself for Valentine's day thought about relationship and Love very important. We see that a lot of things happening in the name of love, people getting obsessed, stalked, a partner is beaten and jealousy makes a life to horror. The people who have been brought with love from their first day of childhood, how they felt safe and cared, they children copy that and reflect in their relationship. It is like "you reap what you sow". By the end, @bleujay the composition that you build up on window sill looks beautiful, the greens of both flowers on sides combines very well with lemons and beauty of red tulips. The tulips always associate for me with spring, but they fit so well to Valentine's day too.

Lovely drawing in black and white. Those red tulips are truly very red and brightly contrasted with a bit of yellow. Your principle is quite true and it hits on my head straightaway! That’s why so many relationships were short lived, love without virtue is it long lasting!

Principle: Only virtue can carry a personal love relationship, not love alone.

Very Rightly Stated dear,the virtue is not defined in a single day it develops and evolve over the time and that love seeks the help and support too which develops into a relationship which will last forever.

Carrying a virtue is not an easy task but who ever does that is on the verge of achieving Wisdom one day in their life which shows the character they are made up of.
