Lol clearly you and your lady hadn't discussed this all through. Actually the placenta is rich in stem cells which can be utilized later for say growing organs say and given they are from one's own body there is no problem with rejection. I also believe there are immune system benefits as well. That's why she asked. Clearly you are an ignorant urban git. A funny one but still an ignorant one. Perhaps do more reading on why one might want to keep the placenta and why such things are done.
