Decluttering Mindset is a way to live our lives in a simple way, with what we have and adapt minimalism in life. It shows us the path of positivism and happiness. I was writing about how we can declutter our mindset in a simple way in my previous writing. Today I'm going to share what we think less important in resetting our mind. But which is comparatively very important to influence and make an impact on our whole lifestyle.
Feeling scared about our future is a common thing. We buy stuff, we keep so many things which we thought will be helpful in the future. This feeling makes us feel secure. But it's a false feeling, you know. No stuff can give us security. I'm not talking about decluttering your closet. But this mindset needs to be changed. Otherwise, you will find yourself buying more stuff day by day, spending more on the unproductive things and will make yourself more scared.
Meeting social standards are stressful. Not only we buy things to meet the social expectations but also we behave, do things in a certain way also. This impact makes our mind busy thinking about what society will think. Rather we spend time on our own development. But the things we own don’t define us as people. Understanding this can help a lot.
You will notice we are getting away from spiritual thoughts and practices. Rather we keep busy on other stuff that doesn't have any long term value. If we can't change our mindset to live a more meaningful life, peace will never follow us. That's why decluttering mindset is much needed.
