Lessons from Nature ~ The skunk:steemCreated with Sketch.

Get the facts:

One of the pungent lessons that the skunk has to offer is for us to not judge in haste – the optimum being AT ALL
However, we are human and it is in our nature to make judgements every now and then to ensure our own security in one way or another.

When we look at the skunk we see a very defensive little critter but once we look a little deeper into these creatures, life we will see that it is actually a shy creature that chooses to avoid conflict as far as possible, none the less when faced with unavoidable conflict this little animal faces his fears head on. The pungent skunk juice that the skunk emits is enough to deter even the largest threats but that doesn’t mean that the skunk has an endless supply of this stuff.

The skunk has about four sprays to his dispense and once used these sprays can take up to a week to reproduce, so if the skunk does spray he needs to be absolutely sure that it is needed.
The same applies to our lives, we need to make sure of our facts before we jump to any conclusions especially in a conflicting situation.
