Three simple life rules     

If you do not go after what you want you will never have it   

The first life rule sounds pretty simple but has more to it than you might think. Pursuing your passion is one of the most fullfilling things in life. But the hard part is not necessarily to go after but finding what you want.  After you know what you truly want in life you can chase it with passion without it taking you a huge amount of motivation to stay focused until you got what you want.  The second part of this life rule is about taking opportunities.  Sometimes people don‘t take chances because they are affraid of failing. But failing is a big part of progress and by not taking any chances you will never know what you are capable of.         

If you do not ask, the answer will always be no 

This rule is pretty straight forward. Sometimes in life you will need help to get to the next step. Asking for help should never be embarrasing. Think more of it as leverage. Most problems come with hard work. If you take help from others you can take advantage of their strength and split the hard work. And next time this other person is in need of help himself you can get them onto the next level.            

If you do not step forward you will always be in the same place   

This one is about stepping out of your comfort zone and getting things done. We feel most comfortable where we already are and try to maintain this situation. But by doing so we might be missing the next big step in life. Stagnation is regression! So push yourself out of your comfort zone. Giving your life direction and making progress makes it a whole lot more meaningful.
