Day 1535 | 22k Steps + Reps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was a pretty good day. I was productive in the morning and went for a walk in the city to get new shoes doing an initial 7000 Steps. I did my planned 100 Bench Presses and also 100 Squats but didn't want to push my abs to have pain the next day on the knee raises. I also did drink the planned 2.5 Liter of Water and stuck to plant based food to go on a long evening walk making it a total of 22k steps on my first day of the new challenge.

The daily 3x 100 Reps look achievable as I can manage the resistance. I do plan to slowly increase this as days pass by and as I get stronger.
