Day 1743 | Indoor Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Monday was one of those days where I got totally paraized by all the things to do without having the time for them. So many podcasts I still want to listen to, projects to research, youtube videos to watch, things to invest in, games to play, things to learn, everyday tasks to do, workouts to get done, healthy food to prepare, tv shows to watch, friends to spend time with, while time is limited.

I guess this is one of the main problems of the century now and I haven't escaped it.


Daily Food Journal
I ididn't eat during the day but eventually went with some bread and peanuts in the evening which was far from optimal.

Today GoalsTuesday will be a full family day and I will take over the dinner cooking job from my mom who had covid these past weeks.
