Wednesday as the first month of march was a day where I was easily able to still keep my discipline doing everything I had set out to do which dropped my oveall productivity a lot. I went on a morning walk even though it was an hour later than anticipated, did some basic reps which I aim to increase over tome (30 Bench Press, 30 Squats, 30 Knee Ups.) and I also joined an evening Hot Yoga Session. All this while eating clean and going to bed around 23:00 already.

Today GoalsThursday is set out to be a busy day with a morning walk (I plan to do 31 of those in March), some productivity preparing the football match, followed by an hour of tennis, again some reps and hot yoga in the evening.
