Day 2347 | 100k Weekly Steps Goal Reached!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The goal last week was to do 100k steps with pretty much all of them coming from going outside and doing walking I otherwise wouldn't have done. So it's quite a challenge and takes up 2+ hours on average each day. However, it's enjoyable and the weather was good so it was actually achievable.

Food intake and resisting that however is a far bigger challenge, I wanted to do a fasting day on Sunday but near the late afternood I ended up making some bean noodles and also went to the supermarket firt with the idea to get some bread but I settled with some Royco Minute Soups which I ate. I also had some leftover rice crackers which I ate with nut butter so overall I did get in the calories on the day. I also kind of made a habbit of doing daily push exercises now for 20+ Days and did 120 Push ups. It was a great football watching day keeping stakes low but somehow winning nearly everything I touched. In the evening I watched some tv and went to bed quite late

New Day Goals: I want to make Monday in a regular productivity day and if possible join back for a new year of hot yoga classes.
