Day 2382 | Entering December

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


November was a great month when it came down to making good crypto gains but that was pretty much the only thing. My stress levels if I can even call them that have gone up while my productivity and overall lifestyle has gone down. There are just too many thing for too little time and with things going up without needing to do anything I'm pretty much totally lost at the moment. Football betting is in a downswing and I don't feel like I have an edge or the focus, my social life is at a all time low as I'm completely stuck in my bubble, my eating habits have been getting worse and worse always trying to make a change while failing and letting myself go one more time, I have yet to get back to starting another hot yoga year, I haven't been doing any walks because it got colder outside, my ear infection (which now is as good as cured) was something annoying for 3+ weeks, my skin is very bad again, my sleeping pattern is screwed up as I'm still in bed at 11:00 in the morning. My weight also is way too high around 73kg. So I pretty much reverted to full comfort which right now has gotten to a point where I'm kind of paying the price for it not feeling as good as when I would have a more active social healthy lifestyle.

I've been in this position over and over again so I know that I can get back to a situation where it's all good again. The big issue always is to maintain it and find some kind of balance as living fully health demands more time.

So I'm aiming to use December to kind of take a step down and focus on what matters most again trying to turn this around hopefully already in the next couple of weeks.


New Day Goals: I just aim to make monday into a good day taking some steps toward a more disciplined life again.
