Day 2437 | Trying Health Drink, Yoga & Kitchen Time

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was an ok day as I started out with making a health drink that is supposed to help clean up bad fats in the body. It includes Psyllian husk, calcuim, magnesium and flax seeds and it actually didn't taste disgusting on anything (unlike apple cider vinigear I tried some time ago). If anything, it really gave me a full feeling until later on in the day. I will keep testing this for at least a week and see where it takes me

I did join a hot yoga class from 12:15 to 13:15 and plan to do another one on Saturday to make it 3 on the week. In the afternoon I watched the new Serverance episode, had a bit of productivity and spent some time in my kitchen to make some comfort food.


Food Diary I'm still trying to avoid processed seed oils as much as possible but it certainly is not easy as I also don't eat any meat or processed sugars while I try to keep cheese to a minimum. So I wanted to feel full and ended up making some baked potatoes with baked apples which was ok but also not something that great.
