Day 2456 | Tennis & City Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a pretty average day starting out with once again staying in bed too late to play an hour of tennis where the form from myself and the friends I play with was the worst it has been in quite some time. I got in a bit of productivity in the afternoon but also took a nap and overall the dissapointment is that my skin somehow got a lot worse again putting me back at the start having to clear it all over again while I never really went extreme on the unhealthy side. The only thing I did was eat some more sugar and cheese which might be things I will try to void from here on out. So I'm in a zone where bad skin makes me tempted to eat bad again as the harm has been done already but I don't want to let it get too far again as I have been gaining some weight. In the evening after the football match of which I missed half as I was not aware of the early starting time I did go out for a walk getting my total of the day above 12k


Food Diary I did go for some comfort food with Pizza and some ice cream on Thursday and in the evening I also broke my no seed-oil rule getting some fries. I do intend to switch it fully back to healthy on Thursday going forward though.

New Day Goals: After Thursday there are 50 days left before I go on a ski trip and I aim to use those to fully get in shape and my weight around 65 kg. Thursday is day 0 where I will get everyhting in place to join back with the Hot Yoga classes on Friday and also start doing daily weight exercises.
