There is No performance ,there is only one reason-laziness!

One day a friend asked me: You have contacted many sales elites and successful people. What do you think is the most important factor for their success? I said: diligence. He continued to ask: What else? I said: No more, only diligence. He laughed, seeming to think my answer was too simple. Of all the sales elites I have seen, none of them are not diligent. There are two types of diligence I mentioned. One is physical diligence. This is obvious, as can be seen from his working hours and efficiency. (I don't elaborate on it not because it is unimportant, but because its importance is too obvious.) Another kind of diligence is thinking diligence. Sales are difficult. People who don’t work hard can never become a successful “sales”. But those who really start to sell very well but die in the end are because of laziness in thinking. But many people tend to ignore mental diligence and desperately rely on physical diligence to make up for it. For example, people who make more than two mistakes on the same thing, as well as people with procrastination, are typically lazy thinking. Lazy thinking, that is, I don’t want to think through every word the customer says.

When the salesperson is talking about the order, he must repeatedly think about every word the customer says, and carefully weigh the body language and facial expressions. Only by mastering enough basic information, sorting out a clear context, grasping the central point of the problem, and making sufficient quotation preparations, can we talk about customers in one fell swoop. Lazy thinking, that is, I can’t talk about placing orders and I’m not willing to think about problems. Obviously, customers like the company's products very much and the prices are also very advantageous, but they have been slow to place orders. Are customers still comparing products from other manufacturers, or are there loopholes in existing systems, methods, and logic? What is the root cause? And set up a corresponding preventive mechanism to avoid the same problem. Lazy thinking is thinking inertia. When others put forward an objection or challenge, do you refute it without thinking? Or have you learned a humble posture and habitually accept/ignore? The analysis of objections or challenges not only needs to be analyzed in your own logical framework, but also You should try to break your own logical framework, try to think in the other's logical framework, and analyze its logical rationality and contradictions. The process of refactoring the logical framework (commonly known as the Three Views of Ruin) is very complicated, and you have to try to understand some "irrational" things. But it will make your logical framework clearer and stronger. Breaking inertial thinking is the self-repair of thinking. Lazy thinking means giving up independent thinking.

Adopting "authoritative information" without discrimination and allowing one's own thinking to be guided is the most dangerous situation. Originally, this article should not involve criticism of a certain party, but I have to say that Chinese education methods are completely destroying our independent thinking ability. While it is teaching us skills, it also weakens our ability to learn other knowledge. Independent thinking can minimize confusion. Lazy thinking means that there is no view of pattern. People often say to do the right thing and not to do the good thing is to emphasize the need to have a view of the pattern. The pattern is to jump out of the immediate matter, stretch the coordinate axis of time and space, analyze the problem from a historical perspective and the overall scope, and what kind of impact a specific approach will have on the overall situation from a long-term perspective. People who do not have a view of the pattern usually use their own poor morals (whether professional ethics or social ethics) as a disguise. Lazy thinking means sticking to old habits. If you feel that you are not innovative enough, or others feel that you are not innovative enough, then you are sticking to old habits.

Lazy thinking means tolerance for knowledge loopholes. When you encounter something you don't understand, you deceive yourself and fool yourself. There is another way to say that this state is loss of curiosity or hard to learn. The way to solve all the above problems involves the third concept of diligence. Its boundaries are rather vague. It belongs to both physical strength and thinking, which is called concentration. I think there is no lack of ability in people who can concentrate. It can even be said that what a person can achieve depends on his concentration, because the energy generated by concentration is simply too powerful. For an extreme example, N effects accumulated in one minute may never reach a concentration. The effect created in 10 minutes. Concentration is a state of diligent thinking, and it is also very physical. Here is a reminder to everyone by the way: For those salespersons who spend all day on Weibo, WeChat, and Momo with negative thinking, the leaders will not have too high expectations for him, and naturally they will not have much development prospects.
