But, if you begin to see that people in your life are into life, that they're happy, that they're succeeding, that they're loving you, then you'll have an entirely new angle that you can view things from.
A great way to take the negativity out of life is to find the good in other people, in situations, in people, in situations. It doesn't even have to take that much time; just spending 15 minutes everyday, focusing on the positives will do wonders for your outlook. Even if you don't have a choice, just thinking about the good in people or situations will begin to shift your mindset. This is actually one of the best ways to overcome the negativity & discouragement that sometimes comes with life!
