Movie Lesson: Father Figures

Last Sunday Night, me and my family went to a movie theater in the city, like any typical family bonding time, we wanted to spend on a good movie.

So, we came across this movie disc with the face of Owen Wilson (a very great actor who plays his role extremely well) and Ed Helms (equally impressive as Owen, great dude), the movie entitled: FATHER FIGURES

The movie revolved around the life of two brothers who found out that the whole time their eccentric mother raised them to belive that their father had died when they were young as "truth" but instead was a lie.

So the two decided to go on a quest to find out who their real dad was. As the trip started they began to discover more of their personalities and traits because the two were opposites in everything.

Looking and still not finding the answer they wanted because all the people they approached and asked would lead to another clue, they stumble back to their home town upon the ex boyfriend of their mom who happens to be there all the time thinking that he was really the father.

But to find out in the conversation they had, their mom told the truth. Their mom used to work in charity for abused women and happened to be close with someone who was carrying twins (by the way Peter played by Ed and Kyle played by Owen) died giving birth to them. And thst was the truth.

The moral of the story is that sometimes life doesnt go where we want it to be. We have many questions unanswered. But what we know is this: the people who helped and molded us to be the person we are today are the people who value us the most and in return we must value them too. We should learn to appreciate the people who are always there ready to accept and love us for who we are.

We should be thankful for them EVERYDAY because we RARELY find people like them in this life we have.
