A frenchman Richelieu was an intelligent man endowed with the right words to every situation. Richelieu's manner of speech and approach was so warm and accepting that it was worth having a request denied. images (2).jpg
Being nice to people doesnt necessarily mean getting them what they want.

images (6).jpgSpeaking nicely to someone who asked for direction... saying the write words when requesting for things and realise the person has feelings and doesn't want to be bruised with our words. Just so we know... Death and life resides in the tongue you could choose to be a life giver or a murderer.
