Hello Steemit!

I'm a big fan of making things from scratch, and I love serving unique items at our cafe that you can't find anywhere else. 💚
One of our most loved menu items is a green tea chai made from cardamom, ginger, clove, cinnamon, saffron, and vanilla.

Today I experimented with some kegging equipment that a friend of mine leant me, and we had a great time making a wonderful beverage and learned a lot on the way!

We used a system set up like this that can easily be found online or at a local brew supply store.

This is the brew after 2hrs at 40 psi...it has a very nice mouthfeel.

Everything was very easy to operate and we found plenty of instructional videos online. Not bad for our first time kegging!

Here it is after 24hrs at 40 psi with nitro...it's got a head to it now and is blonde out of the tap as the bubbles climb up the glass. It's on ice now because we need to get a trash can we can ice it down in. I'm gonna serve it at the shop tomorrow!
