Hello Steemians!! Today I will teach you how to talk about your profession or your job. So let's get started!

  • If you want to know the profession of other person you have 2 different forms to ask, both with formal and informal:

Qual é a sua profissão? What's your profession? FORMAL
Qual é a tua profissão? What's your profession? INFORMAL
O que faz profissionalmente? What do you do professionally? FORMAL
O que fazes profissionalmente? What do you do professionally? INFORMAL

  • Professions in Portuguese usually have a masculine and feminine form and the feminine form always ends in "a" and the masculine form always ends in "o". But there are some exceptions that we're going to take a look at today.
