Fitness Rehab - FULL INFILTERED MAXIMUM OUTPUT - New Killer Move - Day 14 workout 11

Wicked Wednesday. 30 minutes of max output.

When making these training videos I need to take time for setting up the camera etc between blocks. This can normally lead to an extra 20 seconds rest. In this video I leave the camera on for the full workout. So lets see if you can keep up. THIS IS MAXIMUM OUTPUT!


September 14th - Day 14 Workout 11

If you don't push yourself you will never get the desired results.

The most truthful saying you will ever hear and i know it is a cliche but it is so true "No pain No gain"

You control your output know body else.

Technique and syncing your breathing with the movement is vital.

Today I let the camera record nonstop so you can see the intensity you should be training at to get results.

  • Warm up 5 minutes

  • Block 1 - Arm Curls/Pushups/Squats

  • Block 2 - Hyper Extensions/Tricep Kickbacks/Kettle bell clean press

  • Block 3 - Repeat block 1

  • Block 4 - Repeat block 2

  • Block 5 - Lunges/Shoulder Press/Bentover Rows

  • Block 6 - Kettle bell Plank Rows/Get ups/Burpees

This workout was one of my hardest to date, but my conditioning is definitely improving.


KILLER MOVE

Todays Killer Move is what i call a "Lunge Curl"

You get into the lunge position then do arm curls. You do this for your right and left leg. 5 Reps on each leg is a good starter.

Make sure to keep your body upright when in the lunge position and dont bend over otherwise you may injure your back.
