I live in what is supposed to be a civil society as well and the only time I ever got myself a nice vehicle (Ford Explorer Limited Addition) I had the passenger side window smashed out twice a month apart and my stereo stolen twice. The second time they tried to hot wire and steal it. Guess it was just a kid who couldn't even follow an instructional youtube video.

Comprehensive insurance covered the replacement costs...but still...nothing for the time and aggravation. I feel for you.

I traded it a month later for an older model pickup truck. No problems.

I hope this person's conscious keeps them from sleeping at night.
