Ultimate Tips for your road to Success! Motivational and Inspiring Tips!

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hey there my friends. Todays article will be about your road to success, tips and advices how to get there. From my own experience I learned a lot, but at the start I needed help from already experienced bussinesmans and successful people.
The most successful businessmen approach their business in a different way than others. The perspective of entering career and goals is one of the secrets of their success. Regardless of which area they deal with or in which profession they have succeeded, they share the same view and are guided by the same beliefs. Dealing with these principles led them to a successful career. Why not even you!

1. I manage my time

Deadlines and time frames are not really good at all. An average person who is given a two week deadline to complete something will adapt his work remarkably so that it lasts for two weeks, although this may not be necessary.

Forget deadlines, at least as a way to manage your activities. Carry out tasks exactly as needed for their execution. Regardless of the length of your time, make sure you do the job as quickly and efficiently as you can. Then use your free time for the rest of things that distract you during your work. And do it quickly and efficiently. Average people allow time to manage them while the successful ones manage their time.

2. I have chosen people around me

Some of your employees lead you to insanity. Some of your clients are disgusting to you. Some of your friends are self-made.
You choose them. If people in your environment make you unhappy, it's not your fault, it's yours. They are in your business or professional life because you have left them here.
Think about the type of people you want to work with. Think about the clients you enjoy in meetings and collaboration. Think about what friends you like to have.

Then change everything that is in your power to draw up such ones. Worthy people like to work with worthy ones. People are fond of society of the same. Exceptional employees want to work for outstanding bosses. Successful people naturally attract successful ones.

3. There is no job for which I am pre-qualified

Regardless of what you have achieved so far or how successful your past is, you should not pretend to be too good or beyond any new task. You are never above work or too good to swing your sleeves, dip and perform it. If you do not perform the less important tasks, you can expect someone to trust you more importantly.
You are not overvalued for one job or he is too boring.
Successful people enjoy the fruits of their work, regardless of how he was.

4. Experience is irrelevant. Everything is accomplished

Do you have "10 years experience in web designers"? It does not matter how long you have been doing what you are doing. Years of work do not show anything, you could have been working as the worst programmer in the world for 10 years.
What matters is just what you did. What have you achieved? How many sites did you create, how many back-end systems you installed, how many user apps you've developed, and what their quality is. That's what you did. And that's all that matters.
Successful people do not need to describe themselves through hyperbolised adjectives such as passionate, innovative, worthy, etc. They best describe what they have achieved.

5. And I have failed, I did not happen to myself

Ask people why they are successful. Their answer will be full of personal forebodings of the first person - yes, me, me and rarely, somewhat, we.
Ask them why they failed, they failed. Most will turn to childhood when the answer instead of "breaking the toy" was "the toy breaks me".
It will say that the economy is in crisis. That the market was not ready. That the stocks were not enough.
It will say that someone or something else is wrong.
And it is precisely by this distance that they will not learn on their failures.
Sometimes failure can bring something that is not really in your power. However, it is more often the case that you are guilty.
And that's fine. Every successful person has ups and downs. He often encounters failure, even more often than you do. That is why they are now successful.
Strip off every failure of your arms and pull out the lesson from it. Take responsibility and make sure that the next time things happen differently.

6. Volunteers always win

Raise your hand every time you get a chance. Ask if there is more.
That is great. Working more is a chance to learn, impress, improve skills, build new contacts - do more than you would otherwise be able to do.
Success is based on action. The more you volunteer, the more you act and step in advance, creating yourself new opportunities.
Extremely successful people are not walking, they are already running.

7. I can always do more

Get up early. Stay until late. Call one call further. Do one more research. Help the customer to unload and unload the shipment. Do not wait to be asked, offer. Do not just tell your employees what to do - show them what to do and work next to them.
Every time you do something, think about one additional thing you can do. Especially if other people do not work.
Of course, it's hard.
But this is what will separate you, make it different.
And in time, that's what makes you incredibly successful
