Good bacteria is a must for all of us to take everyday in the form of fermented foods, drinks, and even pills

Good bacteria supplementation is very good for our body because it aides our digestion by allowing these bacteria to eat the food that we ingest, specifically the vegetables. The way it happens is that the bacteria will eat the said food and then when they die they will release the vitamins and other nutrients for our digestive system or guts to easily absorb. That is why it is better to consume good bacteria in the forms of other foods like fermented vegetables and drinks as well as in the forms of readily available pills and capsules which gives us more convenience rather than buying or making the food sources of good bacteria if we happen to not choose that way or have no knowledge of doing it ourselves.

Putting good bacteria in our guts gives us lots of benefits like having a better assimilation of nutrients from the foods that we eat particularly the vegetables.

Anyway, we must all be aware of what we are consuming or putting in our bodies because the cumulative effects of food additives, i.e., food colorings, food preservatives, and food characteristic-altering chemicals will surely give us illnesses in many forms like cancer, allergies, and other things. Moreover, the environment which we are also living into where the presence of many types of pollution exists also plays a role for our overall well-being in the long-term. That is why in many people's household, they prefer to drink purified water because the water coming from the tap is just too bad to be consumed because it is either not fit to consume or it is basically chlorinated and can cause heart issues with the type of developing hardened arteries. Meanwhile, living in an environment full of air pollution can just make us deprived of what our lungs needs which is a clean air to breathe air. Air pollution is prevalent now in the world which is also why the top causes of death in the world are illnesses of the lungs.

What we put inside our bodies, the type of environment that we live in and even the lack of nutrients which we should take everyday play a vital role on how we can live shorter or longer and we should be aware about it.
