It has been about a month or so ever since I went for surgery on my arm and now it is time to see a vsscular to finally remove the drain and the staples embedded on my arm.

I can finally breath a big sigh of relief once those things are removed because for one thing I will also get a clearance letter to when my dialysis access will be used again.

I will retain the use of my old fistula, it is because it was only repaired and only the big bulge was removed. However, I also had thought that another onr was created. But I guess that it is better to retain the old one rsther than to get the risk of a new one bulging again.

I can't see any reason why this old one would bulge again in the new grafted point because the vein is already big and there is no more choke point where a bulge would develop once again.

I am hoping to go home smiling with expected results which I am hoping for so that my "abnormal" life would become less abonormal from now on because it affects my way of life through the discomfort that these things are sticking in and out from my body i.e. the I.J. catheter, the drain, and the staples as the stitches on the operation site.
