I Had Resumed In Taking My Cinacalcet Again

My back pan is returning and it is hard to get up again much less sitting and also taking my shower. My showering is the most strenuous activity that I am doing which is why I just use the bathroom if I know that I will be using the toilet and then I will just coincide it for my showering.

All that scrubbing considering that I have to stay standing up because it is hard for me to do scrubbing when I am sitting just wears me down especially now that I am not at ease with my pain issues.

Now right after taking my medicine I just felt nauseated again which is why I didn't ate my supper today but a one piece of small apple. I know that fruits have lots of potassium in them but I do not care about the risks anymore because I have no appetite to eat. I just have to take something so that at least some nutrition will come in to my body.

My appetite now is zero which is why I chose not to eat my usual meal. I did tried to eat this early afternoon, it's my my "brunch" because I didn't eat a breakfast. I wasn't able to finish it and kept me full until I completely lost my appetite today.

So now I am back to my old new normal of not being able to normally eat again because I have to take my Cinacalcet again. I will just eat lightly during night time, it could be a toast or a fruit and then tomorrow a brunch after which I would take my Cinacalcet and the cycle continues.

This is just a life of survival and not living it as normal like normal people. I just hope that I could wait for longer until I can take myself from these health struggles which has been going on for many terrible years of my pitiful life. Bit with my determination to seek some improvement and God above all my plans I might one day achieve my goals. But for now is the season of despair and hardship for me. May God help me.
