About Neti pot treatment. it is a way to mechanically flush and clear our nasal passages from allergens and I first learned it from watching one of the Oprah Winfrey's video where a person is demonstrating a nasal irrigation by using a Neti pot which is called a Neti pot treatment where a clean warm water plus some salt is mixed in a small porcelain pot which the person would place the spout in one opening of the nose while the side of head is facing downwards and letting the saline solution to drip to mechanically flush allergens and irritants away from the nasal passages. Upon learning that, I use that method whenever a case of allergic rhinitis happens because it helps me for healing faster. It is very important to note that whatever we put in our nasal passages should be very clean when using the nasal flushing or alternatively known as the Neti pot treatment. The individual should use clean Neti pot and clean distilled water to avoid pathogens going into your nasal passages and cause a very serious health problem where you can get some risks of dying if amoebas enter your body through your nasal area. The salt which you will be using should be clean as well with no added things to it like anti-caking agents or iodine. There are several videos in the Internet of how to properly do the Neti pot treatment and you can find them easily. This kind of treatment will help us flush away pollens n the case of the seasonal allergic rhinitis to help us heal faster form the flu-like symptoms from allergic rhinitis which is really troublesome because of the burden it causes to our body that makes us feel sick with teary eyes, itchy and dripping nose, cough, and fever not to mention of reducing our appetite because of the fever.

Warning: We must use a distilled water if not a boiled water which is left to go warm in order to make it safe for us and avoid chemicals and pathogens entering our nasal area. Do NOT USE a tap water using the Neti pot treatment.

Also, now I would also use a particular anti-allergy medication which is Loratadine as it gives better relief when it comes to rhinitis in particular which my mother now uses instead of the other types of anti-allergy medications that she was taking before and not really giving her relief and it actually scared me because she is not only getting a relief but also giving her a hard time from uncontrollable coughs that affects her sleep. After I told her that Loratadine can suit her better from such burden of incessant coughing, she finally got a considerable relief like a charm. Now my mother is free from getting continuous coughing thanks to the specific anti-allergy effects of Loratadine for my mother's long-time cough issue caused by even a smoke or maybe this unusual SMOG that is happening now in some provinces of the main island of my country which includes my town.
