Kava for Bedtime or Anytime

When I first heard of kava, my first thought was, "what the heck is kava?!" Little did I know this plant root native from the South Pacific was going to bring so much calmness into my life. I had no clue that this root from the pepper family would induce so many benefits such as

*help steady nerves

*create a feeling of wellbeing
*anxiety
*may boost the immune system
*muscle tension or spasms
*treatment in drug addiction
*relieve PMS symptoms

*protects against brain damage

Kava became my go to natural root when I wanted a boost in my mood from the stresses of the day. Having restless sleep with mind racing thoughts every second of the night seeing the hours roll past , mind wide awake , as my anxiety grew more and more knowing I had to get up early, really attracted me to kava. The moment I began taken Kava capsules from an island in Fiji, I was so relived I could sleep again so peacefully. From personal experience I can say, this plant have improved my quality of life.
