Nice find I was thinking of this subject a lot recently, trying to direct films myself in college and looking to the greats like Kubrick all being overly maniacal yet genius, I was starting to think you had to be an asshole to be great. I don't think you have to be 'dick' in order to be successful, I would say more so to just trust yourself and be confident in your decision, which could come off as being a 'dick.'
