Is the beard can be a sign of machismo?

Although somewhat embarrassed, it is not this time that I will hide behind the facial hair. Pun aside, quite the contrary ... I will now reveal an assessment of mine that is at least very uncomfortable for me:

beard can be a sign of machismo ?

This is because if it is not what all we men know for others is to be born again. It all started with a very significant question in our everyday culture:

"why, in addition to laziness, do some men prefer to grow beards instead of keeping their faces shaved?"

My opinion in my case is of us men who use a more sexist stance as is normal would tend to have more beard than less sexist men, since social hair is symbolically associated with manhood in men and it is that it takes more dominance - in addition to reinforcing differences between the male and female genders.

Men with beards are sometimes more hostile, more sympathetic and more modern than the opposite sex than shaved men. Finally, the flat face was more frequent among less sexist volunteers.
