What is stress?

When some disturbance create in a normal human brain we call it STRESS.

Why is it created?

It is created due to many reasons such as :

  1. When result of any event or work gets deviated from expectation
  2. High expectation from someone and when they acts different to our expectation.
  3. Corporate work pressure.
  4. Family pressure
  5. Study pressure for a student

Stress doesn't comes to us as long as we don't feel it. What does it mean? It means for a student, study is not a stress at all till he/she doesn't relate it to the future career, family pressure etc.

For a corperate person work is not a stress till he/she enjoys their work like anything.
Stress vary from person to person, gender to gender. Some person can take deep stress and for some person it is not easy to take a light stress like exam stress.

Difference between Pressure and Stress:

Pressure is what our external environment put on us and Stress is how we react to it. Stress is the internal resistance to pressure.
For example : Your boss gives you so much Work. This is the Pressure because its the external things which is putting on you.
The stress is how you are reacting to it. If you just think " OMG !!! How can i complete all these stuff ? I've so much stress ". This small thinking slowly turns to Stress. If you think "Oh man!! I got so much stuff to do. Lets make a plan how to do it". This thinking will not introduce any stress at all.
So, It is YOU, who has the complete responsibility, how to respond external stimuli.

Myth:

Some people says " stress is good, because it lets you complete your task timely". I won't be agree with this term.
In that sense you are taking it as challenge to complete the task not as a stress.
And if you can take it as a challenge and complete the task then its well and good.

Side effects of stress:

More or less stress just harm every single thing in your life. Ranging from your coorporate life to your personal life.
Stress of one work show its effects to every single work you do. You will not be able to notice but slowly slowly it disturb your whole life.
For example: suppose you got very huge workload from your boss, And you take it as a stress. Once you take it as a stress your brain started to get disturb.
when you arrive to your home at evening, you will start fighting with your wife, with your children due to small small reasons. It means you literally show your stress effects to your family.
Same thing happens with the student, when the exam time comes near. It is the stress of your exam which lets you fight with your friends for no reason.

Common Remedies:

Of course this is not remedies but people think it as remedies. You know what i am talking? Yes! I am taking about drugs. It can be many types like cigarette
(very common), alcohol, weed, heroin, cocaine. Yes, it relieves stress but for a very short period of time. Once you take it you feel relax for short term and this is the reason people get addicted to it. People literally loves to be stress free that is why they take it so frequently.
At the long run this drug makes your life worse.
Drug addiction let you ruin your family, make you depress, health starts to degrade. So its better to not go for this short term stress relieve program.
Because ultimately it will make your life worsen than stress do.
Its one life and obviously we don't wanna destroy our life like this.
Of course you can enjoy weed, alcohol whenever you wanna get high in party, beaches its obvious but not as addiction.

Then what are the Long term remedies to get rid of stress :

  1. As Stress is the internal YOU, you have to understand it completely so that life become easier for you.
  2. Once you get any task to do, take it as normal. Don't make your work bigger than your life.
  3. Whenever you feel stress, just close your eyes and think about the reasons for your stress. Find out what,when,where,how about stress. Once you get these,
    your solution will pop-out automatically.
  4. Try to do YOGA for minimum 5 mints everyday. Just close your eyes, listen to your breadth and let the thought flow. YOGA makes your mind calm, it just
    help to think better, clear and peaceful.
  5. Enjoy your life like anything. Try to enjoy every moment of your life ranging from simple to complex activity.
    Don't leave any opportunity to travel, travel as much as possible, as far as possible. Travel will always make you happy.

Conclusion:

As we know stress is the internal resistance to External pressure. Its upto you how to take it. You can control it, and make a balance happy life or
stress will control and makes your life worsen than ever before.

This is very short life, no one knows how, when life ends. At the moment before you die you should not feel that you have wasted your whole life dealing
stress and lived for others.
Don't take life so seriously, do what you life, spend the times with your loved one. And enjoy every single moment of your life.
