Love this :) I don't know if it might seem weird to you, but have you heard of the book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza? Some of it seems a little like self-help-new-age, but overall it's a good book and the loosely-guided meditations he gives to reprogram negative thinking patterns in the subconscious actually work.
