Many of us think that strength weather it is mentally or physically can be increase at any point of life,"you are right" but it is that easy,trust me its not easy at all. things we normally do doesn't makes us different from others because its just normal anyone else can do and you cannot named it strength beacause strength is that power which only you can perform no one else have dare to perform it.
But to achieve that level which only you can perform its not easy, for that you need to be strong mentally as well as physically, after all strength doesn't come from what you can do,strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't makes you different..
