"In transition" is really helpful. Is it in France? Is it in the UK? It's pretty obvious it's In transition how close it is would be nice to know? Mind you, given they clearly don't know what day it is how do you expect them to know where it is? I ordered that on the 3/7/17 not sure how April crept into the timeline? :-D
